                                      Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays ship on the next business day.

                                      If your order is flagged for fraud, this may extend the processing time until we receive the requested information.

                                      If your order is flagged we will contact you via email and the phone number on the order.

                                      PROCESSING TIME FOR IN STORE PICK UP ORDERS

                                      Please check the store location hours before placing an online pick up order!

                                      Pick up orders are processed within 1 hour or less during business hours.

                                      You will receive a pick up notification which says "Your Order is Ready For Pick Up".

                                      Your online order must be picked up within 3 days.

                                      Please have your ready for pick up email available when you arrive to the store location. You will be REQUIRED to reply to this email confirming that you have received your purchase. The purchase is NOT compete until we receive this confirmation.

                                      If you do not receive “the ready for pick up” email within 1 hour of placing your order please contact us. Check your spam and promotions box if you have a gmail account.

                                      RETURN POLICY

                                      7 days to exchange or receive store credit. We do not provide refunds. Items must be received in new/unused condition along with the original packaging. Items which have been altered in anyway will be rejected. Store credit is issued on a gift card and expires 365 days from the date of issue. Non-returnable items - serums, shampoos, conditioners, sale items, custom/special orders. We do not replace or repair lace products such as closures, frontals and wigs.

                                      Shipped Online Orders- email clientservice@prettyproperhair.com to begin the return process. Please do not send back items without approval. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. You will also have to provide us with the return tracking number. We also accept returns for online orders in store.

                                      Gently detangle hair in sections from the ends to weft
                                      Use a clarifying shampoo when hair feels oily
                                      Never sleep on wet hair or rub hair in circular motion
                                      Do not squeeze excess water from bundles, let hair air dry
                                      Optional, while hair is wet spray hair with your favorite fragrance
                                      Chlorine, salt water and holding spray should be washed from hair asap
                                      Invest in quality hair products and tools
                                      Avoid products that contain proteins ex:keratin
                                      Avoid cutting wefts whenever possible
                                      All chemical services should be performed by licensed professional
