Shipping policy
Orders ship within 1 business day for in-stock products. We ship Tuesday through Friday. We do not ship on the weekend, Monday(we are closed) and federal holidays.
The ship date for any custom/preorder items will always be displayed in the product description or title of the product.
Delivery dates shown on the website are simply estimates, unforeseen circumstances may occur with the carrier, in which Pretty Proper Hair can not be held liable.
We DO NOT require signature for delivery. This means your package will be left at your location if you are not home. If you wish to add signature to your purchase add the "DO NOT LEAVE MY PACKAGE" option to your cart.
We highly recommend that you add SHIPPING PROTECTION to your order. This service can not be added after your order has been placed. In event, there is an issue with your delivery we will replace your order or provide a store credit for future use. Delivery issues must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery.
