Refund policy
We gladly offer exchanges and store credit within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Any items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted. Store credits are valid for 365 days from the date it was issued.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like serums, shampoos, conditioners, sale items, clip ins, wigs, custom & special/pre orders. We do not replace or repair lace products such as closures, frontals and wigs. We also do not provide hair wefting or weft repair services. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please call or text 347-672-9196. Please do not email.
If your purchase was made in person at a Pretty Proper Hair store, you may return the item directly to the location to complete your return.
Please note: Changes cannot be made to an online order once it has been placed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
