WHAT COVERED WITH THIS SERVICE?

• SHIPPING LABEL (to send the hair to us, we do not charge to mail your hair back, however insurance and signature confirmation are additional) you are also welcome to drop off/pick up from our Brooklyn showroom

• thoroughly detangle, wash, steam, deep condition and air dry your hair extensions using salon quality products

• we will remove any threads from the wefts
