Processing Time For Shipping Orders
Orders ship within 1 business day, unless otherwise stated in the product description. We ship orders Tuesday - Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or major holidays, orders placed during these times will ship on the next business day.
If you would like your order to be shipped from our boutique the same day please add our rush service. Please note this is not the shipping cost. Shipping options are always displayed on the checkout page.
FYI: if an item states preorder or special order, it is not yet in stock. The typical processing time for preorders is 7-10 business days.
If your order is flagged for review, this may extend the processing time until we receive the requested information. If your order is flagged we will contact you via the telephone number on your order.
Pick Up Orders
You will receive a pick up notification which says "Your Order is Ready For Pick Up". Your online order must be picked up within 3 days.
If you do not receive “the ready for pick up” email within 1 hour of placing your order please contact 347-672-9196. Check your spam and promotions box if you have a gmail account).
Shipping & Tracking Process
After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided on your order.
Please allow up to 8 hours to see tracking updates in the UPS system.
Please be sure to track your package daily to ensure you receive your order promptly.
We insure all packages against lost/stolen items while "in transit/moving through the network" with the carrier. This does not include packages which have been delivered or signed for.

International orders can select carrier and shipping rates on the checkout page. We are not responsible for duties/taxes incurred on shipments.
Order Changes
Please be sure of your purchase before checking out. We are only able to make changes to orders which have not shipped. Order changes must be requested before your shipping label has been generated. Special orders and final sale orders are not applicable.
Cancellation Fee
We do not charge a cancellation fee, however orders that are returned due to incomplete shipping address, refusal, missed delivery and abandoned pick up orders will not be able to place future online orders with our company.

Products that are Special Orders and Final Sale can not be returned.
Item(s) must be received in original sold condition. Item(s) which have been altered in any way will not be accepted. This includes but not limited to brushing, combing, washing etc.
Reply to your email order confirmation stating you would like to return the item(s) ordered. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
