Current Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 24 hours or less. Orders placed on Saturday are shipped the following business day.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays observed by the United States Postal Office (USPS).
If your order is flagged for review, this may extend the processing time until we receive the requested information. If your order is flagged we will contact you via the telephone number provided on your order.
After your order is processed, your USPS tracking number will be emailed to the email address listed on your order.
After receiving your tracking number please allow 24 hours to see tracking updates in the USPS system. Please be sure to track your package daily to ensure you receive your order promptly.
All packages are fully insured against lost/stolen items while "in transit" with the carrier.
If you have questions regarding your shipment or tracking number after it has left our boutique please contact USPS 800-275-8777. (3-7 business days) - FREE for all orders
(2-3 business days) $15
(Express 1-2 business days) $35
International orders can select carrier and shipping rates on the checkout page.
Once your order has been placed modifications and cancellations will not be granted. Please be sure of your purchase before checking out.
Packages that are returned due to incomplete shipping address, refusal, or missed delivery will incur a $30 restock fee.
If you would like for us to reship the packages once it arrives back at our shipping center the $30 restock fee can be waived. You will only need to pay to reship the package.
Due to the intimate nature of the products which we sell and to reduce the spread of COVID-19 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
