Shipping & Returns

Current Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday are shipped the following business day.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays observed by the United States Postal Office (USPS).

If your order is flagged for review, this may extend the processing time until we receive the requested information. If your order is flagged we will contact you via the telephone number provided on your order.



Shipping Process  

After your order is processed, your USPS tracking number will be emailed to the email address listed on your order.

After receiving your tracking number please allow 24 hours to see tracking updates in the USPS system. Please be sure to track your package daily to ensure you receive your order promptly.

All packages are fully insured against lost/stolen items while "in transit" with the carrier. 

If you have questions regarding your shipment or tracking number after it has left our boutique please contact USPS 800-275-8777. Please have your tracking number ready and provide it to the customer service representative. USPS Shipping Methods 

(2-4 business days) $10 - available for orders under $150 

(2-3 business days) $14 - available for orders over $150

(Express 1-2 business days) $35 - available for all orders 

(7-10 Business days) $45 - available for international orders only


Cancel/Change Order 

Please contact us 718-525-3030 ASAP during business hours. Do not use the contact us form or send email!

Orders that have already shipped can not be changed or canceled. 


Restocking Fee

Packages that are returned due to incomplete shipping address, refusal, or missed delivery will incur a $25 restock fee.

If you would like for us to reship the packages once it arrives back at our shipping center the $25 restock fee can be waived. You will only need to pay to reship the package.


Return/Exchange Policy

Clients may exchange or receive store credit within 3 days of receiving/signing for the package. All items must be returned in their original condition. Items which show signs of use or/and if the hair pattern is distorted will be refused. Please email or call us for return instructions.
