What is Shipsi same day delivery ?
This is a real time driver delivery service. You must be available at the location to physically receive the order.
Same Day delivery is currently available to some of our NYC online shoppers.
If you are within 10 miles of any of our physical store locations we can deliver within 1-2 hours provided the item is in stock at the location.
You will receive a link via email to track your order while it's in route with the driver.
If you are ordering after business hours, the checkout page will display Next Day Delivery.
How do I get same delivery?
The same day option will appear on the checkout page under the delivery/ship option. DO NOT select Pick Up.
If you do not see the Shipsi same day/next day option on the checkout page. You can contact us at 718-525-3030 for help.
Often the option may not appear if you are outside of our delivery zone or the item is not in stock at the store location.
If you are ordering after business hours Next Day Delivery with the date will be displayed.

Where can I order Pretty Proper Hair?
You can order conveniently on our website. We offer super fast shipping/delivery and if you reside in NYC you can even order online and pick up in store. If you prefer to shop in person we have walk in boutique locations in NYC- Brooklyn, Queens & the Bronx.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of the products which we sell and to reduce the spread of COVID-19 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

What grade is PPH?
We believe in being honest with our clients! We do not grade our hair because this system is valueless. Anyone can say their hair is 6a, 7a, 8a etc. how would you know? Point is, there is no industry standard for grading hair. There's just Raw Hair, Virgin Hair, Remy Hair and Synthetic Hair. We sell Virgin human hair which has not been chemically processed simply steamed for the patterns. To date we have over 30,000 clients who trust and love us!
Can I Order Online & Pick Up In Store?
Yes! Order online and pick up in store is available for our Brooklyn, Bronx & Queens locations. If the item in your cart is available for pick up, the store locations will display on the checkout page.
How can I find out if PPH store location has an item in stock?
For questions regarding inventory contact the location closest to you. We are not able to hold items due to demand. To reserve your items we recommend placing your order as soon as possible. You can choose to ship, pick up or delivery. With delivery- a partner driver will bring it directly to you.
Why was my order selected for verification?
Your order may be selected for verification due to several factors. The most common are stolen identity, unusual dollar amount, distance, previously filed chargebacks with other businesses. We will reach out to you via email or by phone to notify you of what is needed to move forward with your order.
What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and Pay Later option with SHOP PAY.

How often do you restock?
The pandemic has changed a lot of things for businesses around the globe. We are one of those businesses! If an item is sold out on the website it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks before we restock.

How much does each bundle weigh?
Each bundle weighs approximately 3.2 to 3.5 ounces.
How many bundles do I need for a full head?
Recommended bundles if buying the following lengths:
12" - 14" 2 Bundles
16" - 24" 3 Bundles
26" - 30" 4 Bundles
32" - 40" 5 Bundles
If you prefer full vixen hair please add a extra bundle. If you are also purchasing a closure or frontal you will still need the same number of bundles.
