Processing Time

 Allow 1 Business Day To Process & Ship Your Order.

We do not process or ship on Saturday, Sunday & Federal Holidays.

If your order is selected for "verification" this may extend processing time until we have received your documentation.

PLEASE READ!

HERE ARE OUR PROCESSING STEPS:

1- Once you check out and submit payment the status of your order will show "Awaiting/Verifying Your Payment" until we confirm the transaction with your bank.

2- If we require additional information you will receive an email that states "Verification Required- Please call 718-525-3030".

3- If everything checks out with your payment, you will receive an email informing you that we are "Packing Your Order".

4- Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that says "Package On It's Way". This email will contain your tracking information.

 

If you have questions regarding your shipment/tracking after it has left Pretty Proper Hair please contact USPS 800-275-8777. Please have your tracking number and provide it to the customer service representative. Shipping Address

If you have a PayPal account or shipping to an alternate address other than the billing please use the PayPal checkout option in your cart.

If you do not have a PayPal account and are shipping to the billing address you may select Check Out Now in the cart.

Please note: If using the CHECK OUT NOW button in the cart we can only ship your order to the billing address. Be sure to enter the correct billing address associated with the card to avoid order cancellation.

 

Shipping Methods

USPS Priority Mail $12 (2-3 business days) 

USPS Express Mail $35 (1-2 business days) 

** SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PACKAGES**

Once you receive your tracking number please allow 24 hours to see tracking updates.

Packages that are returned due to incomplete shipping address, refusal, or missed delivery will incur a $25 restock fee.

All packages are fully insured against lost/stolen items while "in transit" with the carrier. 

 

Cancel/Change An Order Already Placed

Once an order has shipped, we can not cancel the order. Please contact us at 718-525-3030 ASAP during business hours. Do not use the contact us form!

We can not change or ship to an alternate address once the order has been placed.

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS will be granted.
