All orders will be reviewed and processed within 48 hours. We do not process or ship on Saturday, Sunday & Federal Holidays.
If your order is selected for "verification" this may extend processing time until we have received your documentation.
HERE ARE OUR PROCESSING STEPS:
1- Once you check out and submit payment we will "Verify Your Payment".
2- If we require additional information you will receive an email that states "Verification Required- Please call 718-525-3030".
3- If everything checks out with your payment, you will receive an email informing you that we are "Packing Your Order".
4- Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that says "Package On It's Way". This email will contain your tracking information.
If you have questions regarding your shipment/tracking after it has left Pretty Proper Hair please contact USPS 800-275-8777. Please have your tracking number and provide it to the customer service representative.
USPS Priority Mail $8 (2-3 business days)
USPS Priority Mail with signature service $9 (2-3 business days)
USPS Express Mail $35 (1-2 business days)
Once you receive your tracking number please allow 24 hours to see tracking updates.
All packages are fully insured against lost/stolen items while in transit with the carrier. If you live in a unsecured location or do not want your package to be left by USPS in event you aren't home please select USPS Priority Mail with signature mail.
Cancel/Change An Order Already Placed
Once an order has shipped, we can not cancel the order. If your order is in the "awaiting fulfillment" stage and you request cancellation a $25 restock fee will apply. Please contact us at 718-525-3030 ASAP during business hours! Our business hours are 10am -7pm Monday -Saturday. Do not use the contact us form!
We can not change or ship to an alternate address once the order has been placed.
If your package is returned to us for insufficient address or refusal there will be a $25 restock fee.
If you are returning an item to us you are responsible for all shipping fees.
Your purchase must be in it's original condition. Any Pretty Proper Hair products sold to you which show signs of use or the pattern may be distorted will be refused.
You may exchange or receive store credit for items purchased within 5 days of receiving your package. The store credit is valid for 1 year.
Receiving time is counted from the day your tracking number shows delivered or the package is signed for.
How To Return Items Ordered?
To request a return please log into your account and select Request Return. Your Return Request must be approved by us before you can send the merchandise back. All online orders must be shipped back to our shipping facility shown on your shipping label. You CAN NOT return online orders to any of our store locations.
