Orders received and accepted by 10am EST ship the same day, unless otherwise stated on the product description.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays observed by USPS.
If your order is selected for verification this may extend the processing time until the requested documentation is received.
1- Once you have checked out and submitted payment, the status of your order will show "Awaiting/Verifying Your Payment" until we confirm the transaction with your bank.
2- If we require additional information you will receive an email that states "Verification Required- Please call 718-525-3030".
3- If we accept your payment, you will receive an email informing you that we are "Packing Your Order".
4- Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that says "Package On It's Way". This email will contain your tracking information.
If you have questions regarding your shipment/tracking after it has left Pretty Proper Hair please contact USPS 800-275-8777. Please have your tracking number and provide it to the customer service representative. Need to ship to an address different from the billing address? Please check out using the PAYPAL option in the shopping cart. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout with PayPal.
Please note: If using the CHECK OUT NOW button in the cart we can only ship your order to the billing address. Be sure to enter the correct billing address associated with the card to avoid order cancellation.

USPS First Class Mail $12 (2-4 business days)
USPS Express Mail $35 (1-2 business days)
After receiving your tracking number please allow 24 hours to see tracking updates.
All packages are fully insured against lost/stolen items while "in transit" with the carrier. Packages that are signed/marked delivered are not eligible for coverage.

We can not change or ship to an alternate address once the order has been placed.
We can only change or cancel an order while it is in the Awaiting/Verifying Payment or Packing Your Order phase.
Once order status shows Package On It's Way we can no longer make changes to an order.
Packages that are returned due to incomplete shipping address, refusal, or missed delivery will incur a $25 restock fee.
If you would like for us to reship the packages once it arrives back at our shipping center the $25 restock fee can be waived. You will only need to pay to reship the package.
